Any one have any experience with wheels from L.A.Wheel in California. They have an exchange program with pretty good prices.

Those wheel exchanges...

...are too complex, many nice tire on wheel packages constantly appearing on ebay... or local kijiji or craigslists... can get a great set of tires on wheels for the price of the tires alone from the guys pimping out their rides and disposing of the leftovers...
