I had a bad sound coming from one of my pulleys on 350 mile car. Turned out to be the harmonic balaner. It has been replaced and so far so good at 700 miles.

Thats easy....the bearings are shot in that pump. Replace it.

If the sound is actually coming from the PS pulley, then I agree with the above...the pump bearing are bad. There is no adjustment of the PS pulley. Check the PS fluid also.

Have someone turn the steering wheel while you listen, the noise should change.

Ps fluid level is normal sound doesn't change when turning wheel, what I mean by "out of adjustment" is that pulley it seems doesn't spin straight, it's working like bent wheel or something, I was trying to catch it on the video, in person you can see that better. So I think bad bearing is good guess, anyone know part number for it? Thanks

I saw the wobble in the video...I meant that I don't believe there is any adjustment for that...unless the pulley is just loose on the shaft, but that would not cause the noise...bearings would cause the noise.

Should be no wobble on that pulley. But I suspect more than a bad bearing to exhibit that much wobble.

i took acc belt off. Actualy the noise came from alternator pulley, i have changed bearings on it and its fine now. The PS pulley spins freely, no shaft play, but since its wobling i thought it may eat another alternator bearing?

So did you actually disassemble the alternator and replace the bearings?? And if so, where did you get the new bearings??
