I'd check to see if other C6 Corvettes are using the auto train without issue. The listed ground clearance number may not be the only consideration. Good luck!
My front air dam is 2.5" when the car is in the garage...stock. The static ground clearance is probably not the most important measurement for the auto train...breakover height etc might be more important. For me, it was the important one when getting the car onto an alignment rack.

Speaking of which where in world do you go for an alignment after you lower your car? I know they recommend it after lowering it but, then won't it be too low for most shops to do it?

Any reputable shop that can do 4 wheel alignments should be fine.

Thanks for the responses. I will be taking the Auto Train to Florida. I called Lorton, Va. And, they have been routinely transporting stock clearance Vettes with no problems. "Lowered" Vettes could be a problem.
