I've got almost 11k miles on my stock GoodYear runflats that came with my 2010 GS. They seem to be holding up well so far. Figure I'll wear these out and then maybe switch to the Michelins.
Or doesn't GoodYear also have a brand new runflat tire that is supposed to be excellent?

Good Gals Drive It Hard
At 11k, the GoodYear runflats were getting low on tread. At that time, the Nitto Invo was not available for the rear, so I/we went with the Nitto NT05 (over-sized). Quick review of the NT05, now with 4k miles on them: Great tire when it is dry (far better than the GoodYear), but very scary in the rain, particularly when turning (rear end comes loose easily).
Since it rains a lot in South Florida, I may have my hubby switch these tires out for ones that have better wet traction. Perhaps the non-runflat Micheline PS2.
Limited choices when it comes to the GS / Z06 tires. Oh well.

I got 20,000 miles on the original Goodyear tires. I replaced with Bridgestone RE050A. I have 40,000 on set and need new fronts. Love the tires but not the price. Has anyone used the Bridgestone RE960? Around 300-400 dollars cheaper for the set and has a 40k mileage warranty.

I have 17,500 miles on the factory Goodyears' on my '13 GS vert. Didn't have the Pfadt street alignment done until the 9,000 mile mark so tires were wearing due to the aggressive factory alignment. Also, neglected to rotate the tires side to side. Costco ordered me a set of Bridgestone RE050A which will be installed in early July when the $70 rebate kicks back in. I will drive from Costco to an alignment shop to maintain the Pfadt street specs and will rotate tires when I do my 7,500 mile oil changes. Have heard positive comments about the Bridgestones and look forward to a long and happy treadlife.
