Seems to me if one finds the "turbulence" objectionable, one would not buy a targa coupe in the first place. It appears to me that there are a few here who would be better served with either of the Zs. But then, there would be less to complain aout.

I didn't want the turbulence, so I bought a fixed roof instead.

Top off, visors up, then open the covers for the mirrors.

The extra down-force improves cornering.

After doing this for ten years, I discovered that the turbulance isn't as tiring as the plain old noise. A pair of cheap earplugs cuts down wind noise, tire whine, noise from other cars, etc. Just use SPF 50, 'cause it's easy to forget how long you've been topless on a nice day.

Nothing seems as 'wonk' to me as seeing someone driving around in a 'vert with the top down but the windows up!

I've tried explaining that to my wife several times, but to no avail. I'm buying that really cool lighted wind restrictor and telling her it's so her hair won't get messed up.

Same here it seems that the wife's hair is very important.
