MARSC6 - Watch out for the deer. Ohio is bad enough but PA is terrible. I had to make trips to St Marys PA for many years and the number of dead deers on the highway was incredible. I live in an area where there are some test tracks but no way will they open them to the public. I would even pay to have the opportunity. Would anyone know of a place in Ohio that would let you run on a track (not to race but just enjoy)
