Are the Z06s the only ones that come with the wide body? You wouldnt be able to get that in the standard c6 right?

The Grandsport is also widebody, LS3 with Widebody. It's basically the standard Vette with widebody, larger brakes, wheels tires etc.

Impossible.... they came out as a 2010 model. You could search for someone who did the widebody on an older Vette. Mine is a 2006 and I put a ZR1 widebody on it.

Please keep in mind the front conversions do not come with the large plastic wheelhouses that are glued to the frame. You will have to fill a gap of about 1” between the wheelhouse and the fender on the fender side. The ZR1 conversion does not include ZR1 splitter, hood, side rockers, etc. The front conversions also do not come with Z06 fender emblems, ZR1 fender emblems, except for the Grand Sport kit that does come with front fender emblems. They do come with a new front bumper emblem. Any of the add-ons are extra and I would be happy to add them for an additional cost.

Which is why some, like me, chose to do the rear first. I got my rear body kit from Corvette Recycling. Very competitive pricing to the above. Both are very good Forum vendors.
If you're budgeting, consider doing the rear first. You can always do the front later.

I was looking at pricing on aftermarket stuff, holy hell. Im used to things being half that prices for stuff lol. guess i need to decide if im gonna be able to afford to mod to.

Grande Sport is the only way to go if you want a wide body vette cause after market for the car is up to 10 grande or more

ya i was looking at engine mods im sure i can shop around and find better on certain things. There is a vette vender on my Tbss site i could talk to. Whats the best set of headers for the car?

I plan on upgrading my base C6 with a wide-body in the rear only, though. I love that look, but I wanted the automatic trany which didn't exist with this body type in '07.......I'm gonna make it happen!
