Here is mine......came from the factory with these....2011, ZO6 with ZO7 performance package and carbon fiber package. Chevy put this sticker on to presumably indicate that the roof is carbon fiber since on the ZO6 the cf roof is painted. I have grown to like them since they are quite unique.......but someone said it would have been better if they had masked off the Corvette flag design and let the real cf show through. Good idea, but then they would have had to paint the little flags with the $60,000 ZR1 cf protective paint.

I saw a Carbon Edition that had this emblem (sheet of 6) in the box that came with the wheel decals and the large numbers for the doors.
Why on earth people would put this stuff on an already great looking car is beyond me. To each his own, but don't do it.
I understand where you're coming from but as you say..."to each his own." Some people just like it. Why do some put stripes or 'hash marks' on their car? My C6 is a track car so I'm required to have a number, class and organization(s) stickers on the car. In the spirit of racing I've even added a few other 'product/manufacturer' stickers. My car is pretty subdued compared to most track cars. What the hell....I've got plenty of advertising space left if someone's business wants to sponsor me.
I more or less share your opinion about keeping a street car looking clean but it's all good!
If they aren't ridiculous, they might be OK. Wolfdog's Jake is nice because it is subtle. A decal of the Tasmanian Devil from Looney Toons might be over the top.
