I just had my computer replaced in my 2008 with 7k miles...it cost me more than 1k at ECS to correct. Hope that's not your problem. Even though I had the car tuned 500 miles ago they told me they had to put it back on the Dyno to retune the new computer.
I know on the C-5's, there are two ground wires on the rear of the driver's side head that ground the two sets of coil packs. I do not know if its the same on the C-6 and I'm far away from home so I can't go look at my '07 for you. Also, C-5 again, there are fuses for the injectors and I think it was one fuse for each side.

Is it 1 bank that is missfiring. I just had a problem like this and it turned out to be the wiring harness on the coil packs. Try switching those and see if it changes anything. I changed both of mine and the newer ones come with a plastic protector that helps to keep th wires from getting crushed by the coil pack. Good luck.
I'm having a similar problem with my 09. Stock, misfiring on all cylinders but it starts usually with #7 they still are looking for the issue. Its not injectors plugs or pressure. they say its not the computer as they swapped out with a new one and issue remains.
