Anybody using these? For the price of quality jacking pucks these days, wondering if for $225 shipped these are worth the extra $$$ for the added protection.
I have these on my car... haven't "needed" them yet but I like the idea that they are there all the time, don't have to worry with installing/removing jacking pucks. Excellent product from an excellent company!! Tonya

Thanks Tonya. I like the idea of having protection along the entire length of the frame rails vs. just the 4 jacking points.

went ahead and place my order. They even gave me a Corvette Forum discount! I take it install isn't too bad, just have to be careful drilling the holes???
That's what I thought too when I had a C5 but once when getting tires installed the shop used a lift with the rotating arms and busted one of my rockers up by the mounting bolt. So, instead of spending $75 or more on jacking pads I would rather have as much protection as possible on the C6 for a bit more $$$.
.......until some jackass forget to use jacking pucks to lift your car.
I agree that if you are the only one that will be working on or lifting your car then it is not really needed, but I think of it as a little added insurance against rocker panel damage.
