The GTR is fast and I did lose to one at the track but there is nothing magic about the car. With my new set up I will spank that GTR to death and I will be calling him out as soon as I see him at the track. At the time I was 453 at the wheel and I spun off the line a little. The deal with the Vett is the driver, not the car. It is all about putting the power to the track. The GTR is a point and shoot car because it gets traction. If I could just load the stall and launch I would get him with ease.
"IF" in this case is one big word, you just have to give props to the winner the GTR in this case.
2011 M Trend driver's choice comp at Laguna Secca...The ZO6/Z07 beat the 2012 GT-R on the around the road course by 2 seconds...just saying...I would park either vehicle in my garage...
Sorry, but saw a rather stock Z06 on YouTube last week run the quarter in 9.8 or something near that (I don't think it was a dream), seems it's all in the launch ... but mostly the driver ... practice-practice
And a Chevy is a Chevy...whats the point...Nothing wrong with the GT-R or the Vette...Simple really keep what you got...I'm sure most on the forum will..
If you don't know the difference, I can't help ya...

Regardless of any hype I like the looks of the GT-R. It is a different breed than the C6 and it sure looks menacing in all black. Never rode in one just saying I like the edgy looks.
At my age though I probably look better in the C6...
when i was picking up my corvette at boardwalk i was talking to tim boone about the other cars at the dealership and sales. They sell lotus, volkswagen, chevy, and nissan. He said by far the nissan leaf was the biggest selling car of them all.

I think "Ranger" drive a best of what? 11.1 sec being all stock and he is supposed to be very good driving. He is a member on this site and gives advice of Maximum Acceleration.
