Default End of december and still driving my vette!! What about you??

So its now 12/29/11 and we havent seen an ounce of snow here in NYC. Last year at this time we had well over 2 feet. I am more than happy with this cause the vette just runs great in the 40 degree weather weve been having. Wondering if you guys jumped the gun with winter hibernation or if your still driving yours as well.

Happy new year guys.

Same in TN. Might be 2-3 days during the winter that I won't drive it, but that's about all.

We've had tiny little bursts of snow. Enough for the DOT to throw down TONS of salt. Some of the rural roads near me still have wet areas, that fling up that nasty salt.
Lots of ice patches as well. I'm done, as if a few weeks ago...

Took mine over to the dealer today for it's semi-annual oil change and the guy says I need new tires. Merry Christmas to me. Anyway ran into some snow showers on the way home. 55 tomorrow, a good golf day, go figure---eddie

Miles on the Vette in the last 7 weeks.....zero. Had a foot of snow a week ago in time for Christmas, but was 54 today. Haven't missed driving it yet, but I'm sure I'll be looking forward to pulling her out in the spring.

My 2011 GS is still on the road here in Massachusetts. We had 20" of snow in late October that melted in three days. Since then, rain only. I just checked the 10-day weather forecast and it looks like snow-free the entire time. I stay off the roads if the temp is below 25 degrees so the summer tires won't bite me in the a$$. But I drive it otherwise.

As soon as the weather turns, the GS takes a nap and my Miata Spec race car with four snows will be my daily driver until Vette weather returns.

Well, I was going to take it out the other day, but, a few inches of snow fell and it got very cold, 11 degrees, so, the highway dept. spread salt and some black stuff on the road. So, until the temps go up and it rains, the Vette stays garage bound.
