Default Is it Cheesy to Wear Corvette Apparel?!

Alright guys, I thought this might be a fun question
My wife bought me a shirt with a picture of a C6 Vette on the back.
It's actually a cool shirt, but I feel a little immature wearing it.

So my question is
Is it cheesy for a middle aged guy to wear Corvette apparel?

I don't think so, my dad is 44 and every shirt he owns is a Harley shirt, I see no difference if it was Harley or corvette, I've got a few vette shirts, my c6 hoodie and a lanyard! But I'm only 21 lol

Default wear what you want

JMHO, I have a much harder time seeing mature men wearing their favorite college of pro teams' jersey. I just bought my first C6 and I have been scouring the internet looking for unusual Vette shirts. Wear what you want you earned it, I still have a drawer full of Ducati and Moto Guzzi apparel that I still wear occasionally and I'm 63.

I don't think it's cheesy and, more importantly, my wife doesn't think so, which is the acid test. I have a Corvette Racing hat and a bunch of different black Corvette T-shirts that I wear regularly, weather permitting (and in the winter I am wearing them under my sweaters, wishing for spring). My wife even wanted me to get one of the Corvette leather jackets but I'm not quite ready to do that yet. The older I get, the more important I realize it is to live joyously in the here-and-now. Most of my friends get a kick out of seeing me in a Vette T-shirt, too. And-- I'm 64.

Here is a middle-aged man, and a slightly older man wearing matching Corvette shirts.

The older one, on the left, is Bob Bondurant.

Not at all. I never leave the house without a Corvette shirt. I sometimes wear my matching hat to finish off the look. Winter time is Vette beanie time! Too bad I haven't been able to wear it this year with the mild weather.

Nothing wrong with representing something you love, just don't go crazy and wear every piece of clothing with an emblem or jake skull.

I have a few "Corvette" shirts and I seldom wear them. I only wear them when I'm going somewhere with other car guys. I don't like just wearing them out to dinner or anything like that because I don't want people thinking I'm bragging about owning one. I guess now that I actually don't own a Corvette maybe I should become a "poser" and starting wearing them everywhere.

BTW, I know answers like mine may sound stupid to some folks, but we all make our own decisions for our own reasons. I really see no right or wrong answer to this questions.

TORCHSPORT....you like like you are about 19 years old in that picture, so you are fine wearing it

IMO it depends on what, when and where. I prefer a 'subtle' logo on a t-shirt. I don't like ones with large, loud, cartoon drawings of a Corvette. I've got all kinds of logo t-shirts I wear often. I wear Corvette, Corvette Racing or our own Arizona Corvette Racing shirts most often at the track. Bottom line...wear what you like.

I'm 70 and wear mine especially to club social functions. We also park our Vettes together which usually results in a mini car show.

As long as you don't wear everything at the same time
All I have is a Black cap with a yellow Jake logo. No corvette or anything on it, just Jake.
I rarely wear a cap, usually after a track session with helmet hair

People already have a preconceived opinion of me the second I pull up in my bright red Corvette. I do not need to confirm their opinions by sporting Corvette attire. Just my .02
