I am not real happy with the seats in my C6. I am thinking about replacment options. Anybody have suggestions. Back in the old days (shortly after the dawn of time) I put a set of Recaro's into a 442, . I am reasonably handy but changing out the seats in a modern Corvette seems like a real chore, appreciate any feedback...
Corbeau makes several seats that work well for the C6... we've installed or sold more Corbeau seats into Corvettes than any one around so if your looking for a set of nice seats that won't break the bank give us a call.

The actual seat removal and install is not difficult overall...biggest pain was unplugging the various plugs (3 on drivers side and 2 on passenger side)... reconnecting the plugs was a breeze though

The stock seats in my 09 C6 1LT were very uncomfortable. Long trips made my back stiff & sore.
Like you, years ago I installed Recaro's (in a Duster & 320i). So I looked at aftermarket seats for my C6.
To make a long story short...

Plenty of solid options out there that solve all kinds of seat problems... do an advanced search with my user name and keyword seats, lots of discussion on this topic.
You just need to find what works best for you (and your wallet).

Oh my, what beautiful seats. I'll bet those cost a lot of $$$$$.
