Why do you want to do this? A simple swap sounds tempting, but I think the cost for a complete 2012 seat is, um, a lot more than you'd expect. 
As LMB-Z suggests, you can modify your existing seats.
Or? Just depends on your budget and what you hope to accomplish (i.e., better support, more comfort, upgraded leather cover).

Do the research before you commit. Might be more difficult (and more expensive) than you think.
Besides, there are lots of well-established ways to improve your seats. Some involve a simple remove & replace, which can be done by practically any shop (even your Chevy dealer).

But this might involve shipping your seats somewhere, then waiting months.
Or, you might want a less expensive reconstruction, which any decent local auto upholestery shop could handle in a day or two:
