Bought my C6 in Feb 07, at that time two tone seats were just being offered and was rare, previously I had wanted a red interior in a black car, with the arrival of two tone, and the fact that black requires so much time, I decided to go with red with two tone interior.
Picking up my Vete at museum, it was a big hit, more people were looking and liking my Z51 than the 3 Z06 that was there.
But now it seems like every Vette has the two tone interior, if I bought today I'd likely want a Z06 in Cyber Gray with a red interior (totally red, not half red) but you can't get that. not even the red you can get in base or GS.
anybody got a red interior in their C6? lets see it
I'd say that conventional red is passe, and would rather see the dark wine/burgany colors offered by Porsche. Black is dull as well, given that's it's the standard option on millions of cars. I'm a fan of the two-tone interior...at least it serves up some variety. I'd love to see Corvette return to some of the interior color pallets from 40 years ago, such as metallic blue or silver.
LOL - no not all. I just believe that the interior of the C5 & C6 series of Corvettes is by far their weakest link. And might I add, on an otherwise world class sports car . . . .

I think I agree with you about the C5 interior, even back when it first came out I thought that it was somewhat goofy... but as for the C6, I think it's one of the nicest sports car interiors that I have ever seen. granted, there are the cheap materials, and the seats aren't up to par, but from the aesthetic point of view behind the wheel I love it. It's simple, functional, non gimmicky, dare I say elegant.
Every interior except all black it two tone. I have the cashmare which is not offically two tone but parts of it are black, parts of every interior is black so there fore all corvettes have a two tone interior.
When we purchased my wife's '08 back in October of '07 we were really sick of the cashmere/tan interior look. Our last three cars had that interior and we were looking for something different. We ordered her CRM C6 with the titanium/ebony tutone interior and have been very satisfied with its look. If I'd order a CRM car again I believe I'd try for that same combination.

Also, it's really so hard to compare the current C6 lineup interior against others. Most other world class sports cars, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Jaguar, Porsche and the like, who's interiors I favor, cost thousands, ten or hundreds of thousands more than the Corvette. But on the other hand, there are exceptional interiors in the like of the Hyundai Genesis, Honda Accord, Volvo C30, Audi A4, TT & Q5, etc that cost thousands or tens of thousands less than the Corvette.
So I guess the question I need to ask myself is: What should the interior of America's Iconic sports car, at $40 to $125 thousand dollars, be fairly compared to?
