Ceramic brake pads
I have a 09 Vette with6speed stick and Z51 accessory pkg..Does the Z51 pkg. come with ceramic brake pads from the factory? Thanks for any responses.Rod

While believe your car's a C5 posting in the C6 section, still a valid question. No Vette I've ever heard of(especially Z51) comes factory equipped with ceramic pads, as not rated for track heat. Many owners change out to less dusty ceramic pads for street use, but don't try tracking with these. You should be fine with factory pads, or the many offerings from Hawk or Carbotech.
