This time of year, I'd say $30k... plus/minus 10% depending on condition, accident history, # of owners, carfax, maintenance, use/abuse, location, etc etc.
I bet they're asking $34,995.
How much do you think the price drops in the Fall / Winter time of year? I am in the market for a 08 but I want at least <40K miles and under 28K, does that seem feasible?

Maybe 10% drop in winter, depending on where you live.
Right now I seriously doubt you can find a decent 08 under $28k. But you might get lucky -- especially if you don't mind cosmetic issues (scrapes, scratches, etc). You might improve your chances by widening your search area.

Just bought a 2008, 3lt, with 12K miles, one owner from a dealer for $35,900. I searched for quite a while for the 'right' car and feel good about the purchase. Respectfully, you are not going to find the car described for under $30K, but I wish you Godspeed in your search.
I bought my '08 about a year ago. It's Crystal Red with the two top option, and 3lt. It's got everything but the exhaust option and nav. Bought it from the orignal owner with 10,000 miles for 36k.
How much would you pay for a 2008 crystal red corvette 3lt with f55 magnetic ride suspension, npp exhaust, mn6, painted top, navigation, with 72,000 miles? Its at a dealer its a clean carfax and in very good condition. Or how much would you offer? Thanks for the input and sorry if this is in the wrong section move it if needed.
During my recent acquisition of my 2009 Z51 coupe, CRM, 3LT, NAV, NPP, Chromes with 5k miles...I came very close (within $500) of purchasing an exact same 2008 with 9k miles for $35k. My key criteria were the equipment, mileage, condition, color and location in that order.
