My 2011 GS Coupe has been perfect - until last Friday. 19k on the car and I'm driving to work when a TPM warning lite flashes and when I check tire pressures, left front shows XX. I stop and check tire and no problem. 2 start/stop cycles later and warning lite goes out and TPM once again shows tire pressure. That 2d cycle was a trip to the airport. I pull out of my driveway and go 300yds to a stop sign. As I stop, the radio turns off. I look at the DIC and it flashes "Driver 2" and the radio comes back on with different pre-sets showing and the HUD showing a different mode. None of this would re-set when I cycled the car. Battery is charging good. I'm wondering what awaits me when I climb in my baby at the airport in a couple of days. I have never used my 2d (driver 2) FOB. I'm baffled why, without turning off the car, the DIC would flash any "driver x" message.
On our 2009, bumping the memory button on the door will switch from driver 1 to driver 2, or vice versa. That can give all the other settings you mentioned, never tried it while actually driving.
OTOH, having multiple electrical gremlins like that is often a sign of low electrical power. Even a nearly new battery can go bad, or the cables can get loose, or the connection to the starter can come unscrewed.

When I was driving my new 2011 base coupe home from buying it I got the flashing tire pressure light also r/r then l/f both had xx. Drove back to dealer by then both had the correct pressure but light still on, they shut the motor restarted light went out. They then said they reset it, a/c set at 60 when I got it back and the clock was showing military time, could not figure how to change clock to 12 hr but by the time I got home changed by itself.

Jim, Also a good final diagnosis. Got into my car after business trip and she started as "driver 1". Pressed the driver 2 memory seat button and sure enough, radio turns off, turns back on with different presets and changed HUD mode and "driver 2" shows in the DIC. Pressed driver 1 memory button and everything re-set to my "driver 1" presets except the A/C which I reset manually. I figure I bumped the button reaching to adjust the window side A/C vent.
I'd encourage GM to put an explanation in the manual. This is no big deal when you know what is happening. However, I'd never have guessed this as the issue. I figured those buttons did nothing without the emergency brake being set. Thanks again to Gearhead Jim.
