You have to receive the 3000$ in the mail or by email. The dealer cash Comes right off the price . Also I used the lease conquest which I think is still available so basically some nice discouns. I certainly would prefer to do that and I've had conversations with him before that were great, but the car I've found is local and I'm working a trade into the deal to offset considerable local sales tax.
