I know about financing deals, but is the current $3000 GM retention in effect and how does it work exactly? How about the $1500 dealer cash? Is that similar to holdback?
Dealer's lots are loaded with G/S models (automatics with chrome wheels and black interiors) which they can't give away in spite of any G/M incentives. Just go into your local Chevrolet dealer and offer them a ridiculously low price. It's the only way way they will ever move these dinosaurs.

That's Jack - ever the positive optimistic voice for Corvette

There's nothing wrong with those models as equipped...for many it could be a dream realized !
Some folks desire an automatic but not a lot of other extras...personal choice.
You have to receive the 3000$ in the mail or by email. The dealer cash Comes right off the price . Also I used the lease conquest which I think is still available so basically some nice discouns. Contact tommy at Macmulkin Chevy and he will give you all the details and best pricing! Trust me he will.

To bad this board can't get rid of its dinosaur GS hater.
You know what man, I didn't ask for your opinion about a particular model. My original question was about dealer incentives. Once again, you attempt to hijack a legitimate thread to blather your drivel. Frankly, you come across as absolutely insane with your continued obsessive rantings against the Grand Sport. It's obvious that you're bitterly hurt that you didn't wait a year longer to buy the car you really want- an more affordable car that's closer to a Z06. In my profession, that's called reaction formation. Your love and jealously for the GS is obviously transparent. I suggest you get some professional help to talk through, and finally accept your repressed feeling towards the GS and GM, respectively.
To others, thanks for the information.

If you want the 3k private offer go the GM Corvette web site and request info. Put in your email info, etc. I did that and had the extra 3k off private offer the next day.

Maybe you should UPGRADE and pick up one of those dinosaurs.

The only request info that I saw was request a quote, which I did. Was the $3000 offer good on 2013s?
