Maybe you hit a patch of gravel?

I know what kind of power I put down and I've driven with a variety of tires in various conditions. Given mild temperatures, good tires and decent dry pavement I take some of these accounts with a grain of salt.

It's a matter of an individual's perception of power and the relationship to their driving experiences.

People who have never driven anything quicker than a 15 second car are astounded at the accelleration of a 13 second Vette. Those who are comfortable with their 13 second Vette have the same feelings about an 11 second car and so on and so on....

The same happens with me. My '08 MN6 Z51 scares me. I feel the same way about adding power, I don't think the current tires are good enough for that.

If you still have the OEM run flats on, get rid of them.
