all kidding aside... dont know about where yall live, but here in n.va.... its been hotter than a 3 dollar pistol...and dry...cept for the bad storm last fri night... its dryer than the Mohave....... everyone have a safe 4th... Im concerned about the fireworks to say the least.. exploding ones are illegal here but still some ignore that...bottle rockets can catch house roofs on fire..... and sparkling ones the grass, brush..etc... word to the wise

I'm just outside NORVA myself, and yup! been too hot to do anything but hide in the AC. My horses all think they're on vacation, but my butt's not going out there and riding in this heat. I'm off to a car show tomorrow in PA, hoping I don't melt!

GREAT photo effects!!! Get this---- in Arizona our state legislature made it LEGAL to purchase fireworks anywhere and everywhere in the state that is a literal tenderbox AND where it is almost universally ILLEGAL to USE fireworks (by city ordinances). Can anyone say KICKBACK from the fireworks industry?
