Wow, sorry to see that. Too many f***ing dirt bags filling our streets lately and it just keeps getting worse. Hopefully you don't have any body damage and insurance will cover some new wheels and tires and it will be better than it was.
I think Corvettes should come with a little better security system from the factory, like motion sensors, IMO.

That really sux. Get your insurance co. on the phone along with the cops. Just curious, did you have wheel locks? With so many dHeads in the world I wouldn't even own a nice car without a garage.
I am still stunned. Did not expect this coming. Right now I need help to know how to tow this car. Do not want to leave it to the merci of tow truck driver.
Lots of damage folks. Not in good mood to talk but just did not see this coming in my area. Rear tires were bald 0/32 thread left. Goodyear super cars. Why one steal those?

Take a bit of time to come down,,,
You can't tow it like this and there is little chance that anything under the car was seriously damaged. Two floor jacks will get this up easy enough. Put some used wheels on it until you decide what you want long term. That will also allow you to see under the car for possible damage.
As for the "why?" part, why even ask? They made $2-300 for 10-15 minutes of effort. Pretty good pay until they get caught.
So sorry to see that happened to you. We got up to find our Avalanche like that Christmas Eve morning. At least ours was in blocks. You will have to get some type of wheels and tires on it to get it to the shop. Call your insurance agency and if they don't know of anyone call road side services and tire shops.
Call the cops, get your insurance involved. My suggestion would to be to bite the bullet and immediately get new wheels just to be able to move it. Get the exact same wheels you had before so insurance won't throw a fit when you show them them bill. "Like" or "as" is important here. Don't upgrade to Cup wheels or ZR1 chromes and expect them to foot the bill.

find the best corvette body shop in your area, not just any good body shop. ask them if they know how to pick up this car, load it and get it towed to their shop. maybe ask Richie at Rio Vista Abel Chev. (forum vendor) who he knows in your area.
I've had this happen on another car. cost me nothing but it was tires, wheels, rocker panels (yours, too, but it'll be just scrapes), maybe a rotor or two.
