Wiper not working????
. It really doesn't matter as The car has never been driven in the rain,
but I want it fixed! Why I waited this long
I have no idea.Anyway, I was told it is the wiper relay does that sound right? If it is the relay can you tell me which one it is?
Thanks,

There are actually 3 mini relays involved.
#41- Windshield Wiper Hi/Lo
#42- Winshield Wiper Run/Accessory
#45- Windshield Wiper On/Off
You could swap in/out mini relay #40 (Rear Defog) as a test
This info is in your Owners Manual, if you have one.

Tonight I was playing around with old relays and tried a couple of youtube videos to test them and they all pass. Confused here but glad they are wipers are working with new relays

Anyone have a clue or guess? Bugging the crap out of me.
I then pulled the relays to Hotwire the power to the wiper motor to verify that the motor is OK and that went OK so I know the wiper motor is fine.
I then pulled the steering column apart and hot wired the plug that connects to the wiper arm and verified that the GND source wire is working as I could get my windshield squatters to work but not the Hi or Lo wipers.
so I know it’s not the wiper switch, not the fuses, not the relays, not the motor… where should I look next?

Do you have a wiring diagram for that car ??
cadbob, i never did this, but i can confirm that when i had my dad turn the wiper indicator to Wiper Lo and wiper HI, i did not hear or feel the wiper relay click. on. so i'm really thinking the relays are not getting the GND signal to trigger the relays on (pin 86) on relay. I confirmed that i have 12V switched from fuse No. 4 to Pin 85 on the relay.
Diagnostic Aids
If the 30 A WIPER fuse located in the underhood fuse block is open, a short to ground in any one of the following circuits may be the cause:
• Windshield wiper motor high speed circuit
• Windshield wiper motor low speed circuit
• Windshield wiper motor park switch voltage supply circuit
• Windshield wiper motor park switch signal circuit
• Accessory voltage -- WIPER RUN/ACC relay switched voltage circuit
If the 10 A WPR/WASHER fuse located in the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block is open , a short to ground in any one of the following circuits may be the cause:
• Accessory voltage circuit to the wiper switch
• Windshield washer switch signal circuit
• Windshield wiper switch low signal circuit
• Windshield wiper switch high signal circuit
• Windshield washer relay control circuit
• Headlamp washer relay control circuit
