wheel Offset for c6

Hey I am new to the community and would like to see when I buy a new c7 if my current HRE wheels can transfer over.

What is the offset of the current base c6, gs, and zo6?

i dont know about the rest but the base is front 56 rear 79

I believe the stock C6 and Z06 wheels are as follows:

C6
Fronts - 18 x 8.5 +56mm offset
Rears - 19 x 10 +79mm offset

C6 Z06
front: 18 inch x 9.5 inch, +40 offset
rear: 19 inch x 12 inch, +59 offset

I'd guess the Grand Sport is the same as the Z06 but I don't know for sure.

GS is the same as the Z06

Front Wheels: 18” x 9.5” (offset +40mm)

Rear Wheels: 19” x 12” (offset +59mm)

So for the zo6 that is perfect since my HREs are 40 front 60 rear. I am thinking the base c7 would be close to that for the z51 option

Nobody knows the offset needed for the C7. Width and tire size have been stated but never the offset. Since the body, frame, suspension and brakes changed there is a good chance the wheel offset changed also.

I've had a post asking for the C7 offset in the C7 general for a week now, nobody knows yet (or, if they know they aren't telling).

On a C7, the tires for the cars with the Z51 option are the same width as the tires for the cars without the Z51, so there is a good chance that Z51 has nothing to do with anything as far as wheel offset goes.

The same was true for the C6 compared to the Z51 version. Wheel offset is the same for all narrow body cars.

As indicated above, nobody has published the C7 offsets yet. Since all C7 tires announced are narrower than what you have, don't bet on your wide body C6 wheels "transferring over" to a C7 nicely.
