Was at the race... Very close racing over the last several laps! Was standing on the bridge when the two leaders went under, into the "S's", colided, and the front clip flew off of the 01. Pruett never ever slowed down...
Does anyone know what exactly happened the the #31 Wheelen Corvette? It looked like something broke, but he was back on the track so quickly that it appeared a tire went down. But the way he limped to the pits didn't seem like a tire.

#31 suffered broke suspension as far as they were sayin' on Speed TV.
You might consider not posting race results in a thread title and a thread containing a race result should be labeled with a "spoiler" tag. A lot of people record races to watch at a later time. As much I as like the beautiful Corvette Daytona Prototype I realize calling it a "Corvette" is a bit of a stretch. Whatever it is I'd love to drive one....especially at the Circuit of the Americas!
