Bosch Icon Users, I need your feedback, Please!
So I'm going to put Bosch Icons on my C6. I bought the 21A driver's side today. The passenger side is where my concerns begin. I've been doing a lot of research on these wipers and there is a lot of conflicting information on the best course of action. I've seen 3 ways forward championed with equal conviction:
1. 21B for the passenger side as prescribed by Bosch. Part of me things Bosch should know the best course of action here and they suggest 21A and 21B; however, I've seen some people suggest that because our wipers both face the same direction, unlike some cars that have blades facing different directions, we would be best served with the next option:
2. Another 21A for the passenger side. Some suggest that the only difference between 21A and 21B is the direction that an air foil points which would lend legitimacy to the idea that our car would require 2 21A's because both wipers face the same direction. Perhaps Bosch got it wrong and published the 21A/B suggestion because they approached the corvette in the same way as cars with alternating direction wipers.
3. 20A or B for the passenger side. I've seen some people suggest that a 21 inch blade will cause the tip of the rubber to hit the top of the windshield and result in a "thump". One person apparently used a 20 inch version of the icon to avoid this.
I'm hoping some folks out there with Bosch Icons on their C6 can comment on their configuration and let me know if they have any input on the concerns I've described here. Thanks in advance for your comments!

FYI, just got a set of these for my GS, on the packaging it seems to indicate the difference is the curvature of the windshield is a little different between the passenger and drivers side and its associated with where the wiper arm itself mounts.

I put Icon 21A (drivers side) and 21B (passenger side) wipers on my 2005 C6 several years ago and have been very pleased with how they perform. They really seem to last much longer than other brands I have used.

I used Icon wipers for years and would say the same thing you did until I switched to RainX wipers four or five years ago. I can now say that I prefer the RainX to the Icon and they were the first thing I purchased for my 05 C6 a got a couple months ago.

I called Bosch tech support. They say the 21B is the correct model wiper for the passenger side because it has a different curvature and requires a stronger internal spring to make full contact. They acknowledge that the spoiler appears to be in the wrong direction but still stick by their recommendation.

"In honor of jpee"
So, except for the RainX, is it unanimous that the Icon lasts a long time, and longer than the "normal" blades?
I use the Goodyears from Costco for $4.99 (after $3 discount) and they seem to last about the same as any budget or slightly better blade---about 6 months or less. At approx. $22/blade (Pep Boys), that's about 4X as expensive.
