2011 Grand Sport with only 1,000 miles on it. My passenger window does not auto close when I open/close the door. I was told it was caused by a low battery at one time and to lower the window completely to reset it. I tried that and it didn't work. I can start the car and close it completely with the window button. Any suggestions? Guess I'll take it in for service. Thanks.
Have you tried the official owner's manual window indexing reset? Always required after a battery disconnect & reconnect.
With the engine running and the window down, close the car door. Raise the window and hold the up switch an extra 3 seconds. Release. Without lowering the window, hold the up switch again for 3 seconds. Release. Done.

No Vette has the auto-up (closing) feature. As noted, your issue is window not INDEXING .
If you don't have the manual handy, hold the window switch in the up position for 3 seconds AFTER window reaches the top. Release, then lift switch again for another 3 seconds. It should index after that. And yes, you need to repeat for the left window. That's weird only the right one was 'deindexed' when disconnecting the battery. Hope this helps.
