I have a 2013 coupe. Intermittently the climate control display will flash at a rate of about 2 times per second. The whole display flashes. Everything still works correctly but the display flashed and does not stop. If the car is turned off for a bit, it will be ok when restarted.
I have a 13 GS purchased 3 months ago and I've had the issue twice. It usually stops overnight. I have an appt. with the dealship tomorrow morning for them to look at it. I'm also have an issue with the AC not cranking up when in AUTO mode. I'll keep you posted.
The dealer replaced the control unit and the actuators and my AC is still not working properly in auto mode. The dealer is continuing to research the issue. More to come.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Not uncommon. Mine did the same thing; display unit was replaced under GMPP. Yours should be covered under warranty, as well.
Mine's an 08 and just started doing the same thing... I removed the 10Amp A/C fuses and it seem to reset for a while. It seems this is a prevalent problem for GM. I wonder if we can get any help out of warranty?
Update:
The 13 GS I purchased 145 days ago has been in the shop for 27 days for the Climate Control issue. I replaced the Nav Radio with an Alpine which Chevy wants me to leave out of the car for the next five days so we can see if the fix worked (“final” fix: replace the roller system). I’m driving my car around with a HUGE hole in the dash, pry marks below the ashtray and buttons that have too much play in them. After five days, if the AC is working, I get to give them the car for at least another day to put the radio back in and fix the trim pieces. This has not been a fun experience but what should I expect from Obama Motors. I was hoping the company would be doing better after screwing the bond holders and giving the company to the union, I guess not.
