You guys do know you are responding to a 3 1/2 year old thread resurrected by a noobie, don't you? We used to have a rule about this and mods would close worn out threads but IB, in their infinite wisdom, decided that old threads that were no longer interesting could be brought back to life and get more ad clicks for a while until people figured out how old they were.
