Common problem. I have always "clicked" three clicks when filling up and replacing cap. It took care of my C5 problem, and so far, no problems with C6. :-/
When you put the cap on, do NOT push on it to make it "tighter". Put the cap on lightly screw it on and stop when you get 3 clicks or so. That's it. If you try to help the cap, the little bitch will get all pissy and you'll get a code. Go ahead, ask me how I know this!
