I'm capable of negotiating my own deals, but I would like the opinion of the collective wisdom represented in this forum. A dealer today offered to sell me a '13 Anniversary Model GS coupe, white with silver stripes, 4LT, etc., etc. with a sticker price of approximately $75,000 for $58,800. They also offered me $28,000 for my '06 3LT coupe with 40k miles. I'm dealing directly with the sales manager who claims to have the authority to make the deal. It's the best deal I've been offered on a '13 GS so far. I know they've had this GS on their lot for quite a while (I get my '06 serviced there) and it looks to me that they are finally serious about moving the merchandise. So, deal or no deal?

Sounds like a good deal to me. Tax on 30k only, if you trade.
17k off MSRP. That's darn good. Go for it.

Good deal, not sure if there are any better ones out there. Buy it now and enjoy it or continue to look for that elusive grand deal everyone talks about.

I'd say the trade on the O6 is fair, based on what I've experienced. The price of the 13 is very good. They need to unload their 13 inventory to get allocations for C7s. Go for it.

Thanks, guys. I left a message for the sales manager that I want to go ahead with the deal. Too late today to do anything about it, but if he's for real, I'll be buying this baby Monday afternoon...
