Thanks to everyone. There was much good advice in the replays to my thread. Especially the parts about not forgetting the wonderful wife I have and the part about enjoying driving it and not letting it sit. I must admit though I am worried about that first little scratch, and it is so pretty just to look at. She did buy for us to enjoy though. So if you see a new Race Blue Metalic GS with chrome wheels and red calipers it might be us. Give us a wave. Thanks. Mike.

Enjoy your car!

Be careful with parking curbs or dips in the road as you go from a parking lot into the street. It's easy to hit and break the radiator supports (skid bars) visible under the nose. Not a biggie once you get in the habit of being careful.
