Largest C6 Base Wheels

Largest C6 Base Wheels
I have a 2009 Base model recently purchased with just 3200 miles. I'd like to fit larger wheels and tires. What sizes are the largest front and rear wheels to fit this car? Apologize for the "Basic" question!!

Widest depends a lot on backspacing of the wheel and what size of tire you want to put on it, plus whether you want the entire tread inside the fenders. The rear wheels on mine were stock but have been widened over 1". I'm running 325/30-19 tires on them and they fit entirely inside the fender on my '08 base coupe.
Start with what tire you want to run and see if a wheel for it will fit inside the fenders.

Go wider...not taller. You can easily run Z06 size tires using 9.5" or 10" wheels on the front with 11" wheels on the rear. You will need the correct wheel offsets. It's a good option, however, it will restrict your ability to go to 'big brakes' on the rear should you ever decide to.
I wouldn't for street use but you could go even wider on the front if you wanted. Notwithstanding I use 18" wheels all-around....for track use I run 11" rims on the front.
