Console insert

Hey Guys,
Just got a 2012 GS. I'm impressed, but the center console has a small chip in it, can that be repaired or do I get a new one?

Welcome to the forum,and bro, it's a good question. Guys give him a break its his first post. Bro if it's a new car, take it back and have the dealer replace it. Again, please give us more info and if possible a picture. Let me know if you need help with posting a pic.

GS Don, as far as I am concerned you are in the right forum section. The chipped console question is cosmetic, and has no reason to be in "tech/performance" where everyone gets in to the nitty gritty of tunes and cams, and other items that almost always relate to engine, drive train, and suspension stuff. At the same time, this C6 general section has tons of questions about how to change various parts, adjust suspension settings, swap out stereo equipment, what kind of finish products to use, and how the top works, and on and on.
