Kind of a sad day for me, I took my last ride of the year. I filled up the gas tank, put the additive in and drove for 20 miles. Once I got home I parked it between the lift posts on thick rubber pads to keep the tires off the
concrete floor. Connected up my HD trickle charger and got the cover out to be put on as soon as I clean the exterior up a bit. I would like to keep it on the road another month or so, but I am having back surgery on the 14th and need to get things shut down for the winter. The one consolation is that as soon as I can walk again it is in the garage and I can look at it any time I choose. So all of you that are still driving enjoy it and raise one for those of us that are done for the year.

Too bad you have to put the car up so soon, but it is understandable under the circstances. Best if luck with the surgery and hope you get back behind the wheel soon.
Picked up oil, filter, Bounce and Sta-bil today and have a date next Saturday morning to do my oil change, final wash/vac and putting mine to bed for the winter as well.
I have had two back surgeries. You will bounce back. Take all the allotted time to recover. I felt like Superman, went back to work to soon and bam! Got to do it all over again. Good luck!!!
May God bless you with a successful surgery and rapid recovery! And you get to look forward to feeling much better when you fire up your Corvette next spring!
