Cody from PPE emailed this "We had an issue that we didn't pass the VIN check on 2009 and newer. So we have a period of those that got out the door."
Mine still isn't working after the firmware update.
I believe your hardware is defective. We have a replacement on the way to you already. Sorry about this.

Where can I find instructions on adding in analog sensors.. I can read the voltage on them but how do I convert that to actual values I'm looking for.. fuel pressure and plx wideband. Also how accurate is the calculated boost... mine never kicks past 0

Someone else posted in another thread that using the map sensor on the ls3 with the dashlogic, you will only be able to see boost up to 2.7 psi. Is this correct? This thread made it seem that using the dashlogic with the factory map sensor, you would be able to monitor boost with no problem. Monitoring up to only 2.7 psi would not benefit me at all. Trying to figure this out, as I just ordered the dashlogic.

We are limited by the MAP sensor, however most people change the MAP sensor when adding boost. You are pegging out your factory MAP and your PCM is also not able to see how much boost you have. Once you have a MAP that is not pegged out, we can show as much boost as the MAP can see.

Here is a guide http://www.palmerperformance.com/dow...tion_Guide.pdf

Does your boost PID show vacuum? Do you know what firmware version you are on?

yes it shows vacuum... im getting a 2 bar map installed soon so im sure it will change. so if the manufacturer states to use (the slope is 37.5, and
intercept is -18.8.) am i correct to say the expression would be
({pid} * 37.5) - 18.8 = fuel pressure in psi

??

thanks again.

and plx wideband would be votage * 2 + 10

New Firmware available. This firmware has added a PID so you can set an alarm to washer fluid level (for methanol injection cars), added MAF Hz, and Vehicle voltage.

We have also added several vehicles to our DashLogic lineup, now available
2010-2014 Camaro
2007-2013 GM Truck and SUV (gas and diesel)
2005-2010 Cobalt
2010-2014 Cruze

I tried scrolling through these pages, but will it display AFR using the front stock O2's or do you a wideband in the rear O2 then wire it up to the device?

The factory sensors are a narrowband o2. If you would like a wideband reading, you will need to add a wideband sensor.

Any chance that you will be adding the ability to roll the windows up and down via the key fob like a window valet?

I didn't see this package until after I purchased the Dashlogic.

Can I purchase the PLX Wideband Sensor Module (kit) separately, which should include everything I need to get AFR?

Our hardware was not designed with this in mind. We would take too much power to sit on the port active watching for window fob messages. That is not a feature we can add, sorry.

Yes, it will be on a default page. Just plug into the car and press the lock button until you see gear on the display.

I've emailed you guys a couple of times. I've been using the unit for a few months and it's amazingly powerful. I did some updates to my setup and I've found that the odometer PID doesn't want to display anything. I've updated the firmware (in June) and when trying to monitor PID 1011 or 1010 both return 0.0. I've tried programming this in Simple and Advanced mode with no luck.. Any ideas? My trip Odometers display just fine. Thanks!

BTW, I've got a killer HUD/DIC setup for track days showing me everything I really need to know about the car in a glance... I'm showing

Intake Temp/Amb Oil Press
Coolant Temp Oil Temp

and in the DIC all four Tire pressures...

Combined with my Shift-I sequential shift light mounted on the steering wheel upper cover (right below the DIC) it's a solid display for track days and I don't have to worry about paging through anything while I'm on the track.

just what I was looking for. The other pages (3 of them) are setup with more mundane or esoteric things... Then I copied and pasted the first 4 pages to pages 5-8 so I only have to scroll through four pages. That's how I'm using it right now.
