My initial upgrades are complete...
OK! So, I recently purchased a 2009 1LT with 29K miles. Of course, I had to upgrade 
and change some of the looks. But not too much change, and on the cheap cause I'm not loaded.

List of current upgrades/mods:
* HUD
* Alpine NAV stereo w/bluetooth, steering controls, iPod controls, parking brake bypass, and Onstar integration.
* Alpine "smart" reverse camera
* Painted brake calipers and rotor hats gloss black.
* Painted rims Anthracite Plasti-dip
* Blacked out taillights
* Installed LED tail lights
* Installed leather shift boot, parking brake boot, door arm rests and center console.
Fixes: Repaired parking brakes. Repaired broken skid plate and under carriage plastic. Painted front under-belly.
TODO: Install power/heated seats (and wire up). Install Escort 9500Ci with Dashtronix integration.

Thanks! Yeah, the anthracite paint was 50$. The black epoxy caliper paint was $50. The official CyberGray touch up spray paint was $50. It took me 3 days to install the nav stereo with the custom harness and proper wire routing. That saved me a LOT. Maybe $1000. It can be done if you have time.
