Replacement top?

I'm considering a 2011 Coupe for purchase, but it only comes with a transparent top (I'm not a fan of sunroofs - I keep my shades closed most of the time in my other cars). Is it possible to get a replacement body color top? I assume if I got one with the underside the correct color, a body shop could match the paint. Thoughts?

You can buy a new solid body colored FRP panel from vendors or members on CF.
I looked last night their are about 15 for sale on ebay currently.
Make sure you get a complete unit with all of the hardware and handles otherwise it could get pricey to buy all the little extras.
As mentioned above you can buy static cling or suction cup interior headliners for the clear.

A used transparent top is worth at least twice the value of a used colored top. Watch out for colored tops without hardware.. there was a rash of defects that were replaced under warranty due to delaminating. I'm not sure it applys to colored tops but early clear tops have front latch problems creaking and crackling due to a roller design that was changed to a "U" shaped pad.

buy the car and youll have no prob finding someone who wants the glass top trade their painted top (correct color of course) and $100 for your glass top. win win for you. lil $ in your pocket and a top that wont turn your car into a greenhouse.
