Is this Code Reader Useful for C6?
Will this work with the C6 and is it worth having? I do not understand the specifications

Yes that will work fine. Nice to have when pulling and erasing codes. I have the Autel--MS300, works great. Its dirt cheap now.

I cannot tell the difference between the various models. Is one any better than the other?

Yes, it is cheaper on Amazon but i have a credit on NewEgg. I don't know if price is an indicator and the specs all read about the same.

Go with the Autel MS300...Works great for basic code reading and erasing(nice and compact fits in the glove box). I have had no issues with mine

I just bought: Autel MS300 CAN Diagnostic Scanner Tool with Trouble Codes Reader for OBDII Vehicles
I hope I never have to open it but it will be nice to have when needed. How come I Christmas shop for others online and wind up buying stuff for me?

I don't have much experience with OBD codes. If you're not having any problems is it a good idea to clear out any codes once in a while? Or is it better to leave them there as a track in case there is a problem later on?

that should work just fine. it is a good idea to have a code scanner in your tool box. it will help you sleep when the "mil" comes on for something silly and lets you know not to panic. it will also keep mechanics honest.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We do sell the MS300 here in North America. That unit is supported in China. You will have to return the unit and purchased one of our authorized units for North America. A unit comparable to that is our AL319.
