Might as well take them up, then.
In your owner's manual is a 800 phone # for Customer Assistance. Call, tell them the issue w/ TSB #s.
Ask if the TSBs are model year specific, and if so which model years are covered BY the TSB #s.

IF your model year's covered by the TSBs, get the name of the agent.
Call the SA, give said phone # & agent name to dealer's SA, ask them to call & confirm. You'll call back.

OBTW, once some people learn the info you're providing came from the Internet it seems they're compelled to balk.
Sounds like you're being balked so it's now incumbant on you to provide proof, preferably in B&W as your word alone won't cut bait.

Landru, I took your advice and did exactly that. Except when I called the 800 number they stated they needed to speak with the service tech. I explained that the service tech is who I am questioning here. I also tried to call Corvette directly since they are here in Bowling Green and I'm just up I65 in Louisville. They no longer take Customer Service calls. I did speak with a district specialist and expressed all my concerns over this repairs and the ones previous. It appears as though GM is just going to let me drive out of the dealership with this repair whether it be properly done to thier specs or improperly done per the specs I have read and seen everywhere by Corvette enthusiast. It appears I am on the losing end of this battle. So I guess once I get the car home, I will purchase a new nut, and remove the one on there now and replace it with the new one and Loctite and torque to specs. Just seems a shame we have to endure this treatment when we purchase their flagship product.

The only harm from a loose axle nut is noise. Nothing is going to fall off. So, if it were me, at this point I'd just let if go and only do my own repair if they loosen up again.

Yeah I figured there would not be any real failuer concerns by the way the knuckle and hub is engineered, but I was also concerned about any level of further damage that could be caused by a "loose" axle. That and I am a stickler for attention to detail and it frustrates me to no end when the dealers don't have the same level when dealing with our cars. I was walking in the shop yesterday and saw a red C5 lifted and the rear arm of the lift was in contact with the running board. It also doesn't appear that they use the lift pucks at the dealer like is recommended by the manufacturer.

Well Joey JMHO, but this really isn't the hill you'd want to die fighting for either. Is it?

Your above tack is exactly what I'd have suggested be your next move. Certainly would give you some peace of mind in the face of an aggravating situation. Fortuantely, this is an inexpensive thing even a novice can perform.

FYI I know a poster at another website. Man has amazing insights into Corvettes of all generations. Corvettes are his passion & he's an expert wrench working today in some auto related field. More importantly he lives in Louisville.

On your behalf I asked him about the dealer you're at. He said they've 2-3 very good Corvette techs; however, about everything else at this dealership is the pits. Take it FWIW.

I took what he said to mean your repair's in good hands, customer service-wise you're not. Remember this for the future.
*He also said there're several very good independent Corvette specialist shops in Louisville, unfortunatly your a warranty issue.

I can't disagree; however, it could be this is an extreme example of a dealership managed by the cream-of-the-crop fools. What would it have hurt to have your car sit overnight, even if only to keep a customer happy?

GL, Joey.
Let's see how the quality of their work holds up and if it doesn't, time to try the other dealer(s).

Put a mark of paint on the axle nuts to make it easy to see if they loosen. They do not all loosen and this is a problem that is subject to the natural exaggeration of discussion on the forum. No one talks here about their axle nuts that did not loosen up, so the problem seems to affect more cars than it actually does.

Thanks for the advice. By the way Landru, who is the person you spoke with in Louisville? Which site he is a poster on? I would like to connect with him. Can't hurt to know someone local who knows this car inside and out. I think I will do what Cclive recommended. Put some paint on the axle where the nut is currently. If during periodic wheel changes I see the paint dissappearing, then I can take a picture and send it to my SA at the dealer. I used to have a contact at Corvette but my email purges after 90 days and they no longer accept customer calls at the plant.

I appreciate everyone's support and advice. Next question is, what could have caused this axle to break at the splines? It literally twisted in two at the splines. Any ideas?
