You might want to talk to someone who has done this. I've heard of problems with wind noise and water getting in. No personal experience and wouldn't do the mod myself.
This is not a mod I am planning on doing. I just was browsing the site and saw it. Just was curious what you guys thought about it. Some of the stuff I see people doing to their cars is rediculous. The only rational thought I could come up with doing something like that is the issue of getting into/out of the vehicle in a spot where you are unable to open the door enough to clear the lower corner. Maybe it's just my big *** feet that often find this a challenge sometimes if I cannot open the door far enough.
Well I am in the minority in that I don't mind the look but functionality is a different story. 1st the doors on the car work just fine so I would spend the cash on something else. No one can see how the doors work driving down the street. 2cd reaching up to close the damn thing would be a pain.
