If you are referring to the Corvette lettering om the fule rail covers, a lot of the forum vendors carry them. RPI Design, CorvetteMods and so on. Check out the vendors list and price shop.

Yes they will, have done them on other cars with vinyl decals on engine covers.
Or
If your really a fanatic you can clear coat over them with Vht high temp paint

I have them on my FRC's on my '07 and I had them on my '01 and never had any issues.. i don't think the FRC get all thatr hot, but as you mentioned you are planning to paint your covers and I would think that you will clear coat them. Apply teh decals prior to teh clear coat.
