This is embarrassing for GM and I feel bad for the person having to do this duty.

It leads nowhere...window dressing and we all know it.

Too blunt?

Again no disrespect towards the rep, just a bad idea for customer service

with no weight given the GM Customer Representive.

I would love for somebody to change my mind.

I agree with the air bubble, same thing happened to me. I found a procedure here on Corvette Forum to burp the system and it worked great. It's been a while, but I do remember removing the small cooling line from the front of the driver's side head, then putting in fluid in the reservoir and actually putting my mouth over the opening of the reservoir and blowing. Yes, make sure you don't get any coolant in your mouth, it's poisonous. But blow until you get a stream of coolant out of the line you removed, then replace the line and top off the coolant in the reservoir.

EDIT: Here's the original thread that gave me the above procedure. Read the post by David Farmer.
