I order a Halltech 103 from a forum vendor that never answered any of my correspondence after they received my order.
Well the kit showed up and it had the wrong coupler. I called Halltech, and since I was in Wisconsin and they are about an hour from me, I called to see if they could help.
Jim and his wife jumped through hoops to help me. They sent me the proper coupler that day, never asked for a credit card, they just sent it out. Jim knows what the term "customer satisfaction" means and I thought everyone should know what a fine person he is.
I have to go so that I can mail the old one back!
