Yeah, don't get too close to walls or pillars, as the entire floor will buckle when it expands during summer heat.

I've had mine 10 years and it still looks great. Racedeck sells a Mop & Glow type of product which restores it. I use it once a year.

Super easy to cut and install. What I especially like is that it's a snap to clean up oil & grease, which doesn't stain it.

Put something under your stands and trolley jack.

I put a piece of plywood under the jack stands so the metal doesn't cut into the tile. I learned that the hard way, but luckily IO had a few extra tiles to replace the ones that got scored from the edges of the jack stands.
My low profile jack does no damage to the tiles.

This looks so easy that even an old retired helicopter pilot could it!

I was going to install RaceDeck on my garage floor, but after checking priceing, I had porcelain tile installed.

Porcelain tile is thicker and harder than your standard ceramic tile. It's been down for 2 years now and no cracks or damage anywhere. Obviously, it's easy to clean.

Total cost installed was $3.20 per sq ft ... that's after buying the tile (on sale), mortar and grout from Lowes and paying a local guy $1.50 per sq ft to lay it.

Tile size is 20" x 20".

Total size of my garage floor (3-car) is 585 Sq Ft.
