Squeaky top?
Yes, the small sponge applicator container works really great on the weather-stripping everywhere on the C6.
BUT...after my roof flew the &*^%$ off for god knows how many times, as I was assembling the new roof - I notices the back alignment pins on the top were loose. So I tightened the hardware on the rooftop, and my C6 rides (and sounds) like new...solid as a Corvette should be.
Just a solid tip. I swear - do this and your roof's squeaky problems will be gone.

I also use the dielectric silicone grease, as recommended in the owner manual, to keep all the weatherstrip from drying out and squeaking. I tried the GM Superlube paste that they recommend in the noisy top bulletin, but it dried out much faster and left a real mess.

The dielectric grease is cheap (relatively) and works fine for me.
Others on another thread have recommended plain old silicon spray lube,
may try that and will also check those pins so my top doesn't go wining off.
