Coilovers
There are pros and cons to any suspension. The transverse leaf springs are not the 'horse and buggy' technology many think they are. Over time Corvette has invested considerable engineering resources to make their transverse leaf spring suspension into the effective suspension it is. Although I'm a tremendous fan of the controlled MR (F55) suspension, I ultimately changed from the F55 suspension to a coilover suspension for dedicated track use (even the factory Corvette Racing C7.R's use a coilover suspension for track use).
I don't know how you use your car or what exactly you hope to accomplish by changing to coilovers in the rear only but my suggestion would be not to use a 'mixed' suspension. Your suspension was engineered as a unit...both the front and rear work in harmony. IMHO you risk 'unbalancing' the suspension setup by mixing two unlike technologies with different operating characteristics. I suggest you go with coilover's all-around or leave the transverse leaf springs as they are. Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, there are many ways to tweak your suspension....different sway bars, upgraded shock absorbers, different spring rate leaf springs, etc.
Again, I'd go with one or the other and not mix suspension (spring) technologies. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
