Maybe I'm just insane, but sitting on $30k earning a decent ROI seems like a good bet as opposed to a potential price crash in the coming months.
Bring that puppy down to Phoenix to store it, if you have cold weather concerns. Inside storage is available for less than $100/mo or outside for half of that. I'd be willing to start it and take it for a short drive to get everything up to proper temperatures as often as you'd like. Keeping the car somewhat active is much better than just letting it sit for long periods.
